NC rotary table is a common part of NC milling machine, so what is it like when it works?
During operation, firstly, the electromagnetic reversing valve in the pneumatic hydraulic conversion installation 14 reverses the direction to make the left chamber of the cylinder in it intake air and the right chamber exhaust air, the piston rod 15 retracts to the right, the oil pressure in the oil chamber 13 and the pipeline drops, the upper chamber of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 1 depressurizes, the piston 2 moves upward under the action of the spring 5, and the pull rod 3 loosens the workbench. At the same time, contact 12 retracts, release clamping signal switch 9, and press down to release signal switch 10. At this time, the DC servo motor starts to drive the workbench to rotate (or index). At the end of the rotation of the workbench (or when the indexing is in place), the electromagnetic reversing valve in the gas-liquid conversion installation reverses to make the right chamber of the cylinder intake air and the left chamber exhaust air. The piston rod extends to the left. The oil pressure in the oil chamber, oil pipe and upper chamber of the clamping hydraulic cylinder increases, so that the piston tightens the spring and the pull rod moves downward, pressing the workbench onto the base 8. At the same time, the contact extends outward under the action of the oil pressure. Release the release signal switch 10, and press the clamping signal switch 9. After the workbench completes a working cycle, the zero position signal switch sends a signal (the zero position signal switch is not included in Figure 4-18) to make the workbench return to zero position. The manual pulse trigger 11 can be used for manual fine adjustment of the workbench.
Classification of fine rotary table:
1. Optical turntable: the spindle is equipped with a glass or metal fine dial. The scale is subdivided and amplified by the optical system, and the angle value is read through the eyepiece or light screen.
2. Digital display turntable: fine circular grating or circular inductosyn is installed on the main shaft of the turntable, and the angle value is read by the digital display installation.
3. Ultra fine end face gear disc turntable: a pair of 1440, 720 or 360 tooth end face gear discs that have been finely researched shall be used for indexing and positioning, with the indexing accuracy of zui up to ± 0.01 ″ for fine angle measurement.
