Technical requirements of the fourth shaft:
1. Basic requirements: the journal shall be in uniform and close contact with the fourth shaft, and there shall be a certain fit clearance.
2. Contact angle: refers to the central angle of the circle opposite to the contact surface of the journal and the fourth shaft. The contact angle shall not be too large or too small. If the contact angle is too small, the pressure of the fourth axle will increase. If it is serious, the fourth axle will be deformed greatly, accelerating wear and shortening service life; If the contact angle is too large, the formation of oil film will be affected and good liquid lubrication will not be obtained.
3. Contact point: the actual contact between the journal and the fourth shaft surface can be expressed by the actual contact points per unit area. The more, thinner and more uniform the contact points, the better the scraping of the fourth shaft is; on the contrary, the worse the scraping of the fourth shaft is. Generally speaking, the finer the contact points are, the more difficult the scraping is.
